Ebiria in whatever progressive Era , is something bound to a scientific ' epipedho ' .
As You can see , to prepare a good coffee , there isn' t need of elaborate machines .
A simple briki is what You need to start.
I started my researchs on coffee , when a doctor in THIVE TOWN earing My ' parapona ' , told : ke ghiati' oxhi ?
I had also the luck , to have no need to prepare it , since I was 5 Years of age .
The amount of prepared coffee , for me , was around one or two ' kutalakia ' , and not a cup as adults .
It was enough to study . . .
