The  " Ostrakon " can be used by every citizen , even by citizens  that haven' t learn to write in a particular language .

The President of  the Italian Republic as citizen as the right to use the  " Ostrakon " like other citizens .

The reactions to the choice shows that the person interessed by the
" Ostrakon " was a very good choice for  the " Ostrakon " .

Infact , the  " Ostrakon " can be directed against even a  well prepared person ,  and even with the simple motivation  " I dislike to ear the name of this person " .
