Who is the person for whom your staff really works ? and cares for ? and looks for ?
Are you able to answer to yourself ? and to others ?
May be that you need some time to understand ?
Have you skill and practice in a wide range of fields of knowledge ?
Of course , plastic surgeon friends enjoyed themselves and others with this serious question more than a quarter of century ago in France (1988)
