Va da se' che gelaterie , ristoranti e affini ,  se interessati a farlo , avrebbero potuto adibire una o piu'  aree a ' temporanea  funzione ' di bar . 

Tra l' altro con aggiornamento agevole ed economico , andando ad effettuare delle degustazioni  ai bar aperti con  utile vantaggio a piu' di un cittadino .

IO , ad esempio , in ambito alimentare , ho iniziato un' utile attivita' di valutazione globale : dalla scelta basata sulla presentazione esterna , il  confezionamento cioe' ,  l' impressione estetica del prodotto all' apertura  della confezione , e l' attenta e coscienziosa valutazione  all 'assaggio del prodotto in confezione singola , e per solo un pezzo .

Spiegando ,  alla fine della valutazione  , all' attentissimo Kirio  dell' EVGHA  GROUP  , che mi suggeriva di scegliere un altro pezzo da valutare  , che non ne sceglievo piu' di uno perche' desideravo non precludermi la possibilita' del libero assaggio delle realizzazioni della concorrenza che vendeva gelati artistici ' xhima ' .

E  aiutava per l' evoluzione basata sulla qualita'.

E questo gradito impegno , gia' prima dei 5  anni d' eta' .

Un' altra asserzione interessante dell' ex  Presidente del Consiglio della Repubblica  Italiana e' stata quella concernente  l' offerta di un caffe' per tutti .

Tant' e' che qualcuno s'e' pure rallegrato . . .  Dopo tanti caffe' , finalmente , lo offrono pure a Lei  il caffe'. . .  Al bar , s' intende . . .

 Il  Presidente del Consiglio  i bar li ha chiusi . . . 

Se , invece ,  avesse offerto un caffe' , a me  ,  con qualche accorgimento i bar sarebbero potuti rimanere aperti  , e avrebbe avuto meno morti , in quanto i bar sono luoghi per eccellenza di divulgazione delle idee . . .

Non lo ha fatto .

IO , per niente .

Ecco perche' , dopo varie ricerche , iniziate in tenerissima eta' , vedendo che la soluzione di certo era  tra mie possibilita' ,  I  ALKMINI , I  mama' mu , che il problema l' aveva risolto , da decenni ,  suggeri' di cercare qualche differente  passaggio .

E cosi' , avendo tempo , e un po' di fortuna , ho voluto provare a vedere , se  Monsieur  le Chirurgien  HENRY  LABORIT , aveva qualche spunto di pensiero da suggerirmi  , che  ' epimoni'  ke  thelisi ' a me non mancava .
